As China’s urban economy income levels and leisure time increase, rural tourism with its return to the natural environment, leisure and entertainment experience, freedom self-organized groups, shared with family, and other advantages, loved by more and more people. China’s Villages has thus gained development opportunity to vigorously develop the rural leisure tourism, during the thirteen five Chinese countryside development of poverty alleviation plan also has important significance.However, in the economic, rights, culture and other aspects, due to the indigenous inhabitants have a unequal interests competition relationship with various stakeholders cause them become a "vulnerable group". Therefore, we should pay more attention to the "voice" of the vulnerable group, create benefit dimension and the Interest implementation issues. This paper as a perspective of the indigenous inhabitants benefits on rural leisure tourism planning and design, using the stakeholder theory and sustainable development theory to multi-dimensional analysis the indigenous inhabitant’s current benefits situation, through the study of the indigenous inhabitants of interests, relationships with other stakeholders and its influence the pattern of interests, and combined with the case of WU Yuan LI Keng village actual cases, and describes several sustainable model village in Bavaria Germany, To demonstrate the importance of the benefit maintenance for the indigenous inhabitants in the rural leisure tourism planning and design. To explore effective rural leisure tourism design method to improve enhance the quality of rural life, to create more benefit dimension, development opportunities, and also to help rural indigenous inhabitants to shake off poverty.
