The International Cooperation Mechanism Of Financial Supervision

It's the era of economic globalization. Almost all countries are concerned about how to keep themselves from financial crisis and how to stop chain reactions. The international cooperation system of financial supervision has developed with the deepening of the internationalization of financial supervision since 1970s. The international cooperation of financial supervision represents the new direction of financial supervision development. That's why the research on international cooperation of financial supervision is of great significance. This dissertation studies international coordination of financial supervision. The subject is aimed at arousing our financial regulatory issues of common interest of international cooperation.This dissertation is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the theoretical basis of international cooperation, and studies the theory of financial regulation and international mechanisms theory.The second chapter introduces financial supervision and the establishment of mechanisms for international cooperation and development. Since the existence of mechanisms for international cooperation in financial supervision, it must exist mechanisms for the needs of the international cooperation. The international financial regulation, not only need to be strengthen in China, but also need the international cooperation in financial supervision. Under the global perspective of international cooperation, the financial supervision mainly represented by the Basle Committee of international cooperation in financial regulation and the European Union of regional cooperation in financial regulation.The third chapter discusses the main content of the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision. This chapter first analyzes the elements of the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision, including the subject and the main content of the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision. And also introduces the characteristics of the current international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision. Finally, we discuss the future trends of the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision.The fourth chapter proposes the problems of the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision and suggestions for improvement. At present, there are some problems existing in the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision. In order to let the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision play an effective role on today's international cooperation in financial regulation. The author gives some suggestions for the improvement of the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision. And also this is the innovation of this article. The author discusses the international cooperation mechanisms based on national interests in an innovative way. We should strengthen the role of developing countries in the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision.The fifth part introduces China should actively participate in the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision. It is a tendency for China to participate actively in the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision, so it is necessary for China to participate in the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision actively. This chapter respectively describes China's participation in the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision, China's framework of the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision, the limitations of China's participation in the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision, and the author gives some suggestions of china's participation in the international cooperation mechanism of financial supervision.The dissertation makes a significant discussion on international cooperation system of financial supervision and gives suggestions on how China should adjust to it. Of course, as my academic level is not high enough, there might be mistakes and errors. Any suggestions or corrections are most welcome.
