In this economic integration ,financial globalization era, mixed operation has become the development trend of the financial sector, while financial institutions have large scale, internationalization features, which gave international cooperation in financial supervision and new challenges. With the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis in 2007 quickly evolved into the global financial turmoil, how to strengthen cooperation in financial supervision and prevent financial risks in the global spread of a national financial supervisory authorities are generally concerned about. After 70 years of the 20th century, with the deepening of financial supervision and international development, international cooperation in financial supervision has gradually developed. Representatives of international cooperation in financial supervision and regulation of international financial cooperation in the important direction, it is necessary to conduct a deeper study. Although international cooperation in financial supervision and initial results have been achieved, but many of the research is still insufficient. I discussed the financial regulators of international cooperation in some specific issues, and make some of their own point of view to arouse international cooperation on financial regulation issues of mutual concern.This article is divided into three parts, the first part consists of Chapters I and II. This section pointed out that international cooperation in financial supervision and the research significance and background, while the basic theory of the relevant literature review and conducted a comb.The second part consists of third, fourth, five chapters, first pointed out the need for cooperation in financial regulation, the focus from the perspective of its game analysis; followed by the Southeast Asian financial crisis combined with past and current U.S. financial crisis on the main financial regulatory agencies, framework are introduced.The third part is the sixth chapter of this part of the basis of the above, put forward policy recommendations related to: The establishment of bilateral cooperation, regional multilateral cooperation and multilateral cooperation in the global integration of multi-level system of cooperation; establishment of a global unity and account monitoring system; enhance the developing countries in financial supervision and the role of international cooperation mechanisms; the long term, should be committed to a global scale the establishment of a national financial supervisory authorities to participate in the unity of the international financial regulation.
