Performance management as an important tool for corporate strategic management, has been paid more and more attention. The performance evaluation index system as the core content of performance management is used to achieve the strategic objectives of the "thought landing", the corporate strategy and employee usually work content linked bonds. Establish a scientific and rational performance evaluation index system for all employees are able to think and act to achieve a unified corporate strategy and targets for enterprise development and growth to provide a powerful management tool.In this paper, contact the current Power Enterprise performance appraisal the actual situation. The author was inspired from researching domestic and foreign literature on performance management, and built a good business at all levels of the performance evaluation index system for deeper study. It overcomes the previous rigid and blind evaluation of indicators proposed the establishment of indicators of stratification, down to every level of the establishment of an ideological goal. Indicator points to corporate-level, department-level and employee-level at three levels. Based on the Balanced Scorecard Card to establish a corporate-level Key Performance Indicators, and then broken down to each department-level Key Performance Indicators, and then into the employee-level Key Performance Indicators. The system makes the whole indicator system as a whole. And in this vein, a Power Enterprise has built a "corporate, department, employee" 3 levels performance indicator system.
