The Performance System Study Of XC Company Based The Balanced Scorecard

With the rapid development of economy and science and technology,China's material circulation transactions have made leaps and bounds.Modern shipping logistics enterprises have become more and more involved in the distribution of social resources as an important product of network economy development.Maritime enterprises want to compete in the increasingly fierce competition in the market to get long-term steady development,it is necessary to repeatedly examine the enterprise in the internal management model is consistent with the characteristics of the current economic development,including performance evaluation,the financial data as the main evaluation index Performance evaluation system has been difficult for shipping companies to meet their long-term goal of strategic development to provide a strong help.Therefore,for the shipping enterprises to establish a scientific and effective performance evaluation system is of great significance.In this paper,according to the theory,present situation,empirical,case research route,the most important core content embodied in the performance evaluation index system construction and performance evaluation of the implementation of two parts.Through the systematic study of XC company with maritime logistics as the main business,we will take into account the development status and long-term strategic objectives of XC on the basis of the Balanced Scorecard,focusing on the three aspects of customer,internal process,learning and growth Non-financial dimensions of the original performance evaluation system for the repair,the company established based on the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system.In the part of empirical analysis,the weights of each index in the new performance evaluation system are determined by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).At the same time,the performance of XC Company is evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the fuzzy hierarchy evaluation model of XC Company is established,Thus confirming the feasibility of the system in the maritime logistics enterprises.This study is an extension of the Balanced Scorecard in the scope of business practice.It is hoped that this study will provide a useful improvement for the performance evaluation of XC Company,and provide a useful reference for the performance evaluation of maritime logistics enterprises.
