Study On Housing Security System Of Urban Middle And Low-income Groups

As an important component for a country and region,housing security plays significanct role in the public policy welfare,housing protection and life aid.And it also plays a foundamental role in the protection for a national and regional human rights. Nowerdays the housing security system has been started in China and it has played a important role in some way.But as a new system,there are still some shortcomings,especially when the price of housing is so high even to depart from the law of value of goods.It has brought economic and psychological burden on some low-income people.There are some different opinions in the academic or governmental field for the building of our housing security. So it is very important for promoting the social hamony to do this research in our housing security.This article combines some latest research results with the actual condition in our country.The author brings up some new theories and policies.The article started from exploring the real situation of housing security in low-income groups.And then the author carries out detailed studies on China's housing security system for urban residents,especially in the fields of our affordable housing, housing provident fund policy, limit commercial housing, low-cost housing. The ultimate goal of this research paper is to give some countermeasures in how to improve the housing security system of urban residens in our country.
