At this moment, to mitigate the impact of financial crisis, the choice of their own business strategy is particularly critical. In 2007, China's wine industry, state run health, smooth, but we must face the impending severe test. In addition, listed companies in domestic research literature are more diversified, but the wine listed on the diversification of the company's relatively small. Therefore, in the current economic situation, analysis of China's wine industry is diversified listed companies can improve the performance of listed companies, to spread the risk, has a strong practical significance. Based on consideration of this issue, this diversification of wine and the performance of listed companies were analyzed.In this paper, diversified domestic and international listed companies and corporate performance management theories, the 2001-2008 of liquor listed companies reported annual data for the samples, using He Fenda index to measure the degree of diversification, corporate performance with profitability, solvency, asset management and operational risk indicators to measure four aspects, and using analysis of variance and correlation analysis for empirical analysis. The analysis shows that China's wine market diversification and the diversification of performance does not exist between a certain positive or negative correlation, does not mean that with the increased diversification, company profitability, ability of risk diversification, asset management, improved efficiency and solvency are followed, but due to the specific circumstances of different companies.. Finally, according to the results of these studies, combined with the current situation, this paper puts forward suggestions.
