Wine industry as a pillar industry of the national economy, in the national economyplays a huge role, with the reform and opening up and development of market economy,improving people’s living standards, people’s consumption of alcohol consumption in thecomposition of accounts for a large proportion to promote the growth of the national economy,and as the wine industry in the wine industry’s highest level of listed companies has becomean important field of social science research. In addition, listed companies on the wineindustry performance evaluation studies also help to improve the internal management,supervision assist managers to guide investors. Therefore, this paper wine industry listedcompanies financial performance evaluation studies to promote the development of nationaleconomy has some practical significance.Traditional brewing industry companies listed on the general performance evaluationonly for the study of a single species, for example, only the class of white wine or beercategory, even if the entire wine industry research companies selected indicators less, andthus has limitations.This paper studied the wine industry, including liquor, beer, wine, and other alcoholicbeverages fen, first describes the background, purpose and significance of the wine industryresearch; secondly, Sina Financial Network selected wine industry sector27wine industry asthe research object, use annual report2012, select the solvency, profitability, operations,growth capacity, indicators of five indicators per16specific indicators as empirical analysisof data; then, in order to evaluate the financial performance of listed companies to do basictheoretical foundation, through the analysis the basic situation brewing industry listedcompanies, industry classification, industry characteristics, selected eight financialperformance evaluation adaptability, motivation, comparability, such as financial performanceevaluation system was constructed as the evaluation principles; Finally, the use of statisticalanalysis software SPSS16.0, the use of multivariate statistical analysis factor analysisconducted empirical research.In this paper, theoretical analysis, empirical analysis and comparative analysis of thelateral following conclusions: (1) from the wine industry financial performance composite score and ranking situation,Maotai, Yang shares and Luzhou and other16companies overall score is positive, indicatinga strong financial competitiveness. For example, among the top three in Maotai is China’smost renowned liquor brands, Yang shares in recent years is the rise of the liquor business;well-known brands such as Luzhou, Tsingtao Brewery, Chongqing Brewery, Shanxi Fencomprehensive ranking; the development of Tibet, Tuopai willing, Changyu a and pass thePortuguese company shares, etc.11composite score is negative, indicating that the financialless competitive; bottom three for the Jinfeng Wine Company, Moga shares Huiquan beer.(2) from the wine industry financial performance scores and rankings breakdownsituation, profitability is relatively good performance of alcoholic liquor, Luzhou, Shanxi Fen;ability to better share performance is Maotai, Yang shares, Changyu a; solvency aspects ofperformance is relatively good in Chongqing Brewery, Wong Toi wines, Laobaigan wine;operating capacity is relatively good performance of Shanxi Fen, Tsingtao beer, hops.(3) There are15kinds of liquor companies from the wine industry, the seven beers, fourwines and Shanxi Fen. Comprehensive evaluation of the top three companies were Maotai,Yang shares, Luzhou, liquor enterprises which three are visible liquor category ranking of thetop three industry-exclusive, impressive performance; beer industry throughout the wineindustry in the middle class as a whole; wine class wine industry at a disadvantage.Finally, on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the wine industrycompanies asked the following outlook: Coordination index balancing, improve financialperformance; wine industry transition to the times; taken abroad, strengthening internationalmarketing.
