| Along with the global economy has got warm again after a cold spell, container throughput is now taking on a high-speed growth momentum again. As a capital-intensive economic entity, the effective management and scheduling of container terminal resources is necessary to ensure the smooth flow of container terminal, and relates the private costs control and the customer demand satisfies. Port Container Yard is the dedicated area in the port for Stockpiling container. As the main component of the port, Port Container Yard is the key area of the ports which is playing the very vital role in the container port operations logistics processes. How to assign and use the resources of yard is the problem what dock handling crew care about, and impact on operational efficiency and operating costs directly. Furthermore, allocation of export boxes became the key issues in the optimal management of the container terminal operation.This paper researches the system of container terminal yard firstly, gives full consideration to the dynamics, uncertainty and complexity of scheduling problem of the system, use theoretical analysis to identify factors affecting the capacity of the container terminal yard system. Secondly, based on the analysis of the system, against the uncertainty of exist time of containers, after the analysis of affecting factors of the stockpiling model of the existing containers. We propose the container stockpiling model of randomly arrived from different port with different weight, the model takes three factors into account which are container destination, weight and operating difficulty. So can we minimize the time on overturning the containers, greatly improves the efficiency of loading. In this paper, we use heuristic algorithm to solve the problem. And the example of Chi Wan Port shows that we can get the practical storage plan with fewer cases to overturn the container by this algorithm. |
