As the intensive transportation center and the core platform of modern trade and logistics center,port plays an important role in the national economy. Information technology will greatly enhance the market competitiveness, but also will greatly contribute to management standardization.modernization of production operations of the port. China as the new leader in the world Economic.our bulk share in the global bulk shipping market is growing, especially the iron ore transport market. Currently, the information constructionhas in bulk terminals is lagged far behind in container terminals. In such a rapid development international bulk market, how to raise the information level of Bulk Terminals to improve the core competitiveness.has become a focus research. In this context, this paper came into being.This paper put bulk ore terminal in Rizhao port as the research object to discuss the problem of bulk terminals logistics information.Based on the in-depth analysis of Ore terminal's business processes.this paper constructs a open intelligent logistics information system of Ore terminal in Rizhao Port from the point of logistics information theory to build a user demand-driven,covering all areas of terminal operator.fast response, adaptability, easy maintenance.to increase the efficiency of terminal operation and economic benefits. First of all, combining the status of Ore terminal in Rizhao Port, this paper conducted a needs analysis;Secondly, this paper presented functional models of Bulk Ore terminal Logistics Information System in Rizhao Port.created Ore stockpiling optimization model, proposed model algorithm.and determined the architecture diagram, interface design and overall architecture diagram of logistics information system.Thirdly, this paper selected system development method, database, and implemented parts of the system modules:Finally, this paper described Summary and Prospect.
