Now days, micro-Loan, which becomes a critical researching topic on international financial area, has been recognized by more and more countries and financial institutes. Both foreign and domestic financial institutes processed many research on its development. Micro-loan also plays an important role on Chinese Sustainable Development. In our country, micro-loan only is practiced for several years, and there are only a few literatures on this area. In the future, our domestic micro-loan market will continue boost, based on sustainable growing demand of technology in micro-loan field.On considering of the characters of micro-loan, combined with recent developing situation and researching theories of micro-loan, generate a whole series of analyzing methods of micro-loan, which includes basic theory, researching idea, soft-information analyzing technology, financialinformation analyzing technology, logic analyzing technology. By using these technologies, we could achieve informational symmetry of customers and bank, and break through the bottleneck of micro-loan operation.According to other commercial banks'successful experiences and our own operating environment, we are designing micro-loan methods that fit for our banking business, and brought out suggestions of Dongying City Commercial Bank(DCCB)'s micro-loan operations. After researching other elements of micro-loan operations, this article generate suggestions that successfully making DCCB process micro-loan operations. Meantime, combined with recent harvest, this article provides proof that micro-loan operation is a shine point of DCCB.
