At present, talent strategy is more important than ever to be placed in the heart for the business competition. Many business cases shows that talent is the most important resource for modern enterprises, to strengthen human resources development and management, become a hot topic of current research. The core staff salaries as an incentive, therefore, according to the actual situation of enterprises, the implementation of the scientific enterprise incentive pay system is the key to the success of human resource management.This paper will study:based on process motivation theory, content motivation theory, hierarchy of needs theory, the use of case studies, statistical analysis, comparative analysis and other research methods, studies of the H Company Incentive Compensation system. Empirical research on incentive pay for the H system the company first-hand information of the statistical analysis, incentive pay system, the company learned that H current situation and existing problems, recognizing that the H Company Overview and Motivation Incentive Compensation necessity, H Company incentive compensation system, the challenge and the reasons. And then pay incentive system of H company of innovation model and evaluation system for the design, including the H company pay system mode selection, model design and program; practice under the H companies, this paper argues, H compensation management companies continue to improve the salary structure need to strictly enforce pay for performance system management, to fully tap the human resources to form a scientific incentive pay system, people-oriented management and practice to achieve a perfect docking pay, pay incentives have sufficient funding.We conclude that:One is in the mind, salary is not only the employee, the labor income of enterprise, employees have to employee value and dedication of the staff, even the ability to represent certain and development prospects of reward. Salary incentive is not only money, but also implied achievement motivation and spiritual values such as salary incentive, therefore, to stimulate staff from hard work. Two is company employees expect in a H quite fair competition and environment on the stage, work hard, and through the work performance, increase oneself obtain compensation, which can experience the salary incentive or increase the self value realization form, thus stimulates the employee's work creatively. Three is through fair objective incentive H company every employee, be helpful for the development of the enterprise also can ensure employees compensation in self value from the identity, therefore, perfect the construction of salary incentive system for construction harmonious enterprise management atmosphere.
