In modern enterprises, how to establish an effective and incentive restraint mechanism inorder to mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprise operators is an important issue in the reform ofenterprise group. EVA which is a new incentive restraint mechanism recommended bydomestic and international enterprises enters our field of vision. The paper takes the incentiveproject for enterprise operators in KF Seed Industry Group as an example, and elaborates howto use EVA salary system to design performance evaluation and salary project for enterpriseoperators.The paper is composed of the case and case analysis. The first part of the paperintroduces the basics of KF Seed Industry Group, the contemporary incentive system forenterprise operators and the understanding of group leaders to EVA. The second part of thepaper first analyzes the contemporary incentive system for enterprise operators of KF SeedIndustry Group, and finds out its existing problems. Then basing on these problems itproposes the necessity and feasibility of using EVA salary system in KF Seed Industry Groupin terms of the aims and principles of incentive system for enterprise operators. And the paperredesigns the incentive project for enterprise operators of KF Seed Industry Group using EVAmethods, and finds out the advantages of the methods through trialing them and contrastingtwo kinds of incentive systems. In the end, the paper puts forward to countermeasures toensure the smooth implementation of EVA salary incentive project as well as its prospect.
