In the domestic capital market reform and the ever-changing economic conditions and in the hot new Sanban listing competition in the enterprise incentive,high-speed growth of the SME's competition essence is the talent competition,talent competition is simply the competition of talent system,especially the compensation of competition.Shaanxi to the Rui-De company human resources is a core problem is the problem of compensation,people-oriented,the implementation of adjust measures to local conditions,suiting measures to individual compensation plan,let the staff of enterprises produce a sense of trust and a sense of attachment,the sense of belonging.Through reviewing the literature,analyzes the compensation incentive theory and incentive theory,the development of domestic and international compensation and equity incentive related theories are reviewed.Analysis of the based Rui-De company operating status and personnel structure,analysis of Shaanxi Rui-De company current considerate technical staff,sales staff,salary the general status of managers and executives,puts forward problems of salary system in the company,compared with the same industry salary level,in support of the company's financial situation under the conditions of the existing salary level,low design and technical personnel and management personnel salary level;sales personnel in accordance with the product design calculate the percentage categories respectively,increase cash bonus calculation assessment factors,in order to make the sales staff more equitable;perfect life Equity incentive policies of the system and executives,and proposed the implementation of the Shaanxi Rui-De company salary program protection.
