Building a socialist new typed countryside is a major historic task inchina's modernization, balancing urban and rural development, promotingagriculture with industry and quickening the development of townships underthe leadership of cities, is to stop the trend of urban-rural gap pull, expand therural market and the fundamental way out is solve the "three agriculturalproblems " , building amoderately prosprous society in animportant strategic move. Nowadays, science and technology to the villages inthe construction of new socialist countryside has become a focus ofattention. Construction of new socialist countryside is required to not onlyachieve the ultimate goal of rapid economic development and the healthydevelopment of new rural construction, but also achieve"natural-social-economic" harmonious development. Therefore, countrysideeconomic, cultural and ecological constructions are very important in activitiesof science and technology to the villages. Based on previous research, this papertake Ma'an village's harmonious rural construction, in Shanglin CountyGuangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for example, using document analysis,field research, participating observation, depth interviews, video recording andother research methods; describing the local people——particularly thosecultural-farmers'activities of economic, cultural and ecological construction;attempting to analyze the problems taken place in new rural construction, andtrench those relative reasons; We shall explore diverse forms of developmentand push forward the building of the basic system which includes economic,cultural and ecological construction in the minority areas.
