Through to analysis the science and technology information is acquiredeffectively whether or not by the existing channel in minority nationality areas in rural，establish factor analysis model, analysis and evaluate the channel condition about ruralscience and technology information in Gannan areas, find out the difficulties and problems onusing different channels by farmers in Gannan, for making clear the direction and improvingthe utilization level of channels, In order to provide advices for strengthening the constructionof science and technology information channels about the other minority areas.The study based on the transmit mode of domestic and foreign rural information，combined with the present situation of rural science and technology information channel ofGannan Tibetan autonomous region，to analysis and evaluation the development level ofinformation dissemination channel in Gannan areas：first of all，research the presentsituation of the rural information transmitting mode both at home and abroad，including thegovernment policy、 transmitting mode and the infrastructure construction and so on；Secondly，take the existing information channels as the parallel index in Gannan state，usingfactor analysis to conclude、 classify and name the indexes， obtain the factors whichinfluence the development of rural science and technology information acquisition channel inGannan；Finally，based on the above analysis result，from the infrastructure construction，the personnel team construction of rural science and technology information，the educationand publicity for farmers，balance the information disseminate channels construction betweenregions， promote the income increasing of farmers by the construction of informationcommunicate channels，improve economic strength by the development of informationindustry，pay attention to the construction of grassroots organization communicate channel,etc，put forward to countermeasures and Suggestions for promoting the development of ruralinformation in Gansu province.
