Research On The Construction Of Minority Nationality Villages In Enshi Prefecture Under The Strategy Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

Since the implementation of the strategy of "precision poverty alleviation",China has achieved good results in tackling poverty.While the precise poverty strategy in practice mainly aims at the surface in our country wide minority area,due to the minority areas of economic,political,cultural,social,ecological construction and development in a relatively backward position,leading to poor minority area wide,the causes of poverty,poverty is complex.This situation requires us to achieve innovative development in tackling poverty in this region.We find that although the protection and development of minority nationality villages begin late,they have achieved good results in construction,and have a certain exemplary role for the antipoverty work in minority areas.At the same time,there are many researches on the implementation of "precision poverty alleviation" strategy in ethnic minority areas both at home and abroad,but there is little research on the poverty alleviation model which takes the ethnic minority characteristic villages as the core.Therefore,this article through to the research of the precise poverty minority village construction strategy of Enshi,on one aspect in the construction of the minority villages in the characteristics of how to implement the precise poverty strategy;on the other hand,explore the precise poverty under the strategy of how to promote minority village construction.In order to achieve the integration and development between the two,and in the "precision poverty alleviation" strategy and ethnic minority villages to achieve a certain theoretical innovation and practical innovation.The full text is composed of five chapters.The first chapter is the theoretical foundation of the research;the second chapter is the Enshi ethnic villages construction process and results;the third part is the empirical analysis of poverty alleviation accurate construction of minority village features under the strategy of the state of Enshi;the fourth chapter is the analysis of the problems and the reasons of precise poverty under the strategy of Enshi minority village village construction characteristic;the fifth chapter for the precise poverty strategy of Enshi minority villages construction innovation ideas and countermeasures.
