Research On The Quality Management Of Unionpay Exchange Information System Project

Unionpay information exchange system supports the banking transations in China .it is highly qualified for the safety and reliability since this system has a great effect all over China as the key one local exchange system. this study is aim to build up a pratical quality management proposal for an information exchange system, which bases on the project management theoretical analysis and empirical research.The study process of this paper on Unionpay information exchange system includes massive reference on present information system, deep review of the primary characters of the systems which providing database of the nes project quality planing, quality control, quality insurance; raise pratical proposal ;build up and improve the information exchange system. This paper is devided as four parts: firstly, it indicates the key propose and content of this research; Secondly, review the development process and the research method; thirdly, case study of the new Unionpay information exchange system proposal and find out the question that the course present. As a final goal , the paper is to establish a new service quality proposal in order to fulfill all the demand and qualification of the all functional procedures.Throught the study the quality management, this paper finds out the key factors of the system development, which not only aims to improve the system though PDCA method, but also promote the staff quality and strength the competitiveness of the brand. As a result, a modern and stable information system will generate great business effect and technology innovation in the business market.
