Study On Manufacturing Execution Systems Design And Insurance Of China Tobacco Guangdong

China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial co. Ltd. was founded on May 28th 2003,which engaged in production, selling and management of tobacco industry in Guangdong province. The company has more than 5000 employees, and the total asset value of over 10 billion RMB. In 2009, the company has achieved the accomplishment of 24 billion RMB of sales revenue, 16.89 billion RMB of profit before taxation, and the productivity of 2.547 million cartons.The year of 2009 is the most difficult year for our economy in the new century,under the strong leadership of STATE TOBACCO MONOPOLY ADMINISTRATION, the company has an in-depth study of the scientific development concept and has thoroughly implemented the policy of"preventing tobacco growth from aimless expansion, improving product quality and increasing the amount of profit before taxation". Specially based on the basic industrial policy and strategic assignment of"improving product quality", the company has proactively handled different difficulties and challenges, has analyzed the situation scientifically, and has adjusted strategies accordingly, all these measurements have guaranteed the ever-increasing performance of the company, the expansion of Shuangxi brand products and the stable and healthy development of the company.Facing with the complicated external economic environment and intensive industrial competition, we realized that in order to increase the influence of China Tobacco Guangdong Industrial co. Ltd. and Shuangxi brand in the industry, we must accelerate the improvement of enterprise management by the construction of informationization. The company has been equipped with equipment management system, production quality management system and office automation system, however, we have come across problems in the course of company development as following: the technology backward of the computers in the systems, lack of consistent communication platform, the real-time data from production line can not be fully applied to control product quality during the production, and the functions of equipments and interface can no longer satisfy the production needs.To resolve these problems, the author has an in-depth study of the new technology of computer implementation system and the current development of tobacco industry both in China and foreign countries and computer theories to analyze current issues of management systems by applying systematical theories. The author also takes an active part in MES construction projects, to co-ordinate internal demands and resources and to improve supervision on production line by leveraging multi-functional computer technologies. The author would investigate in terms of the current situation, the general design, module design and implementation, bring forward some internal feasible proposals to effectively assist other people in decision-making, management and improving productivity.
