Design And Research On Manufacturing Execution System Of H Company

MES(Manufacturing Execution System,note: the following abbreviation for MES)is an information system facing the workshop level,which is between the management level and the workshop control level.It collects the information of the production process for the managers to make decisions.Under the environment of fierce market competition,the application of MES has become an important way to improve the production management level and manufacturing capacity of enterprises.Information system projects are closely related to business.The complexity of business and the customer's understanding of the system lead to frequent changes in demand,the scope of the project is expanding,the information technology update iteration is rapid,and the environment and related personnel are changing with time.Only by using scientific project management methods to control the implementation process can the cost be controlled and the system be put on line smoothly and on time.Based on extensive reading and consulting a large number of MES design and project management related literature,the use of project management,information science and other disciplines knowledge of MES system construction research.Taking the MES system construction project of H Company as an object,this paper discusses the design and implementation of MES system in typical discrete manufacturing enterprises,explores how to construct the MES system architecture design scheme according to the requirement according to the project requirements derived from the management characteristics and modes of production,and puts forward the successful implementation theory,scheme and case of the existing information system.Based on this,we completed the research on how to successfully implement MES in manufacturing enterprises.
