Research On Domestic Waste Logistics Classified Collection And Management System Of Chongqing City

This paper takes Chongqing Municipal waste logistics life as the research object,takes the reject physical distribution entire journey multistage decrements as the basic guiding principle, according to"waste generation - the classified collection - Category Clearance– classified disposal of the waste"four logistics processes. This paper focuses on the classification of domestic waste collection and reduction of the problem. This paper introduces the related concept and the theory,analyzes the status of research and development on Waste Material Logistics at home and abroad. Introduces and analyzes the outputs and elements of Chongqing MSW. Domestic waste logistics process, the classification of waste collection and management system, transport processing and so on. This paper also points out the defects of Chongqing Municipal Domestic Waste Collection and management system problems and analyzes the related reason.Logistics processes for domestic waste collection areas in the classification,this thesis investigates and analyzes all aspects, including the feasibility of the classified collection, principles and comprehensive benefits. Analyzes and predicts the outputs and elements of Chongqing MSW. On the basis of these, four projects of sorting collection are established, compared and analyzed; this paper lodges a set of program for the waste classifying and collecting, also gives some suggestions on the steps on the implementation and related facilities construction.This paper discusses the Chongqing separate collection of waste management system. In a market economy, the situation of waste collection is not suitable for long-term development in Chongqing,which is controlled completely by government. In this paper, such as the management system, legal system, policy incentives, the government and recycling enterprise cooperation,supervision and restraint mechanisms have been adjusted for the involvement of market-oriented enterprises and Participation of residents of providing a good environment. It forms the government for the supervisors and service providers, enterprises as a mechanism for operators to make the separate collection of work in an orderly manner under the market mechanism and to improve the waste logistics situation comprehensively in Chongqing City.
