Performance Evaluation Of Municipal Domestic Waste Recovery Logistics System

With the economic and society development, environmental problems become increasingly prominent, particularly the waste generated in daily life is increasing year by year which has affected the growth of economic, society and environment. It has become a widespread concern how to deal with municipal domestic waste around the world. But the current handling of municipal domestic waste is not well, it is required making performance evaluation on logistics system of municipal domestic waste recovery and determining the system's operating conditions and problems, providing advice for further improvement. At present, the theory on the performance evaluation mostly focus on the enterprise level, lack of performance evaluation study on logistics system of municipal domestic waste recovery and an effective evaluation system. This paper has a theoretical and practical significance to make performance evaluation on logistics system of municipal domestic waste recovery.This paper makes performance evaluation on logistics system of municipal domestic waste recovery. First, based on the meaning of the municipal domestic waste and municipal domestic waste recovery logistics system, obtaining its characteristic, structure and basis substances. Then from the points of input, conversion and output, analyzing operation process of municipal domestic waste recovery logistics system and obtaining performance critical points of logistics system. Based on the steps of performance evaluation, this paper constructs performance evaluation model and a performance evaluation indicators system. According to related material, this paper makes indicators criteria and weights. Finally, based on the actual situation of the waste recovery logistics system in Haidian District, this paper does performance evaluation using above performance evaluation index system and making proposals on the waste recovery logistics system in Haidian District according to the results.
