Nowadays in many industries, such as industries, schools, studay departments and so on.The team is playing an increasingly important role in the development of team. The team internal conflicts are becoming more and more common. Although the study of conflict management theory is very much, from the angle of economics, using the relevant economic theory to research team internal conflicts is very rare.The team internal conflict between team members happens because some relationship is too difficult to coordinate and the contradictory will be become sharpened behavior. The team internal conflict happened largely attributed to the interest conflict. It is one kind of the organization conflicts and inevitable to happen. It will be produce adverse effect to blindly inhibit or indulge the team internal team conflict. Conversely, to choose an active attitude can improve the team performance.Based on the internal team staff as a main body of research, Choose the team internal members with the related factors affecting the team performance as the research object. On the base of the foreign and domestic conflict theory, choose the key team performance. To analysis relationship between the five kinds of conflict management strategy and the correlation factor of the team performance. Using "eagle pigeon game" model to analysis the team internal conflict how to happen and grow. And then analysis how to improve the team internal members of the interests. Finally, some prevent mechanisms and coordination mechanisms are designed.
