Conflicts always exist in all sides of society. Enterprise, as an organizational styleof society, inevitably faces to conflicts. Managing conflicts is an important part of tasksof managers of enterprises. Inner conflicts are complicated from reasons to types.Developing work in environments of conflicts is one of issues facing by managers ofeach level, and outcome of conflicts managements affects performance of enterprises.Along with updating of wireless network and popularization of intelligent mobile,wireless internet network industry is in the stage of beginning and developed inhigh-speed, applications have been already infiltrated to all kinds of industries. Wirelessnetwork industry, as an emerging technology industry, one of its characters is thathuman resource is core resource. Staff member are knowledge workers with highdegree, so enterprise need not huge material resource and its asset is light. Sales team inwireless network, as well as the one in other industries, which main task is to achieveeconomical goal of enterprise, is one of the most core team. The team also faces manytypes of inner conflict problems. Conflicts management directly affect economicalperformance of enterprises, so one of important issues considered by managers is todeal with inner conflicts of sales team, to decrease inner consumption throughreducing negativity produced by inner conflicts, and to take advantage of catfish effectto maintain appropriate conflicts in order to enhance vitality and competitive power.This paper uses theory of conflicts managements and marketing team for reference,combining with experience of managements of sales team of mobile network industry.Firstly, this paper is to understand inner conflicts in H communications firm’s sales teamin South China through interviewing some staff members, then to analyze andresearch on reasons and types in empirical research style,finally,to propose conflictsmanagement solution. Its aim is to explore strategy while sales team of wirelessnetwork enterprises faces inner conflicts, which mean to decrease destructiveness ofconflicts and to stimulate constructive conflicts. It will help sales team of wirelessnetwork to carry out conflicts management more scientifically and efficiently, soenterprise competitive power will be enhanced through improving performance of team,and will be capable to be developed better.
