Implementing "Going-out" strategy is the policy established in the Tenth Five-year Plan, which is also the necessary demand for adapting to the economic globalization and development trend of integrating domestic and foreign market. China's real estate investment has made some achievements in foreign market and established some advantages in foreign direct investment. But the gap between China's real estate corporations and their foreign world-class counterpart should be shortened.Based on the review of various theories of foreign direct investment in real-estate industry, combining the theory with practice, the article gives a research and analysis of a typical example of China's real estate investment abroad, trying to carry out a strategy system including the region selection, investor selection and investment selection, which are practical suggestion for the development of China's real estate investment abroad.
