Guangdong Jian Sheng Tang Health Products Co. Ltd., as a private enterprise, established in 1997, is developing in a market economic environment. This paper first introduces the entrepreneurship and development background of Guangdong Jian Sheng Tang Health Products Co. Ltd. It applies the enterprise management and strategic management knowledge to analyze the enterprise status of Guangdong Jian Sheng Tang Health Products Co. Ltd., to clear its distinct development mission and development goals. It mainly applies PEST, potter five competitive forces model to analyze the external environment. It analyzes the internal situation from the organizational structure, resources and capabilities, the core competitiveness and other aspects, compared with competitors. It analyzes Jian Sheng Tang with SWOT analysis. This paper harmonizes with the overall development strategy, business strategy, and functional strategies, to provide specific functions of strategic implementation suggestion for enterprise to use strategic planning in the future. It helps enterprise better achieve the second-undertaking's enterprise strategic objectives.
