Construction Project Management Mode Optimization Selection For Owner

Based on the fact that the project management mode used to be selected blindly in the market economy, this paper discusses how to select a high efficient, rational management mode. And the success of this project is closely related to the key decision-making.Firstly the paper explains the basic conception of the project management, and analyses the current situation, the history and developing trend of Chinese construction project management system. Then put forward the general problems existing in mode selection of current construction project management. Then the article described in detail in the six domestic and international common project management modes, focus on analyzing the model and the application. And construction projects and the main parties involved in the project's status were compared, the influence of project management mode selection of the factors were analyzed, the project management mode selection when the guiding principle.on the basis of analysis above, combining with the status of each subject in project construction and the influence factor of mode selection, this paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process of system engineering to offer a quantitative analytic model for mode optimization selection. While on the case study in the AHP method to get the management model with the case in the actual implementation of the management model used in Comparison, proves that the decision method for its practical and reference value, thereby to derive a simple and practical evaluation of decision making.
