| With the development of city transportation, traffic congestion, vehicle exhaust pollution and energy consumption is more and more serious. Therefore, it's necessary to find out a kind of transportation mode with less energy consumption and vehicle exhaust. Then, it is important to study the system optimization model of urban multimodal traffic network based on integrated cost both in theory and reality fields.Stating the important of research on urban road transportation network system, presenting a system optimization model of urban multimodal traffic network based on integrated cost, the paper studys as fllowing:Firstly, based on the concept of sustainable development, this paper analyzes the integrated cost for urban traffic network. Considered the main factors of vehicle exhaust pollution and energy consumption, vehicle exhaust emission model and energy consumption model was established; travel time model was given. In order to reach the best integrated performance for urban transport system, this paper introduces multi-objective programming, combining the three models into a multi-objective programming model.Secondly, different modes of transportations have different energy consumption and different impact of air pollution. This paper considers traveler's travel behavior choice, analysis the link impedance function in the case of interferences between motors and non-motors. On base of these, assignment model is given under multimodal traffic system.Finally, this paper utilizes the method of bilevel programming and estabishs the system optimization model for urban multimodal traffic network based on integrated cost with its algorithm. The upper model is the optimization problem of the multi-objective programming model, which is combined by vehicle exhaust emission model and energy consumption model and travel time model, and the measures of traffic management is looked as decision variable. The lower model is flow-split and assignment model considered the traveler's travel behavior choice. By changing the urban traffic management policy in the upper level, it could guide the traffic mode choice and route choice of the lower level travelers. At last, the application of the model and its algorithm is illustrated with a numeral example. |
