Decision Analysis Of Real Estate Investment Of A Block Located In Qianjiang New City, Hangzhou

With the rapid development of China's real estate market, real estate investment market has become increasingly active. However as the domestic real estate market is not mature, many investors have made mistakes as a result of investment failure. Whether the real estate development is success largely depends on the success of investment decisions. In this context, quantitative analysis of real estate investment decisions on specific projects has given to the analysis and research.This article focuses on the survey analysis about the project background, the market conditions, the industry conditions, and costs and expected benefits.This paper specifically analyze the internal environment of the project and the external environment, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and also use the AHP-SWOT method to conduct the project throught a quantitative and qualitative way to study the feasibility of investment in real estate projects. It also use some konwledge about investment,corporate finance,and economic analysis on the research in order to provide a relatively scientific recommendations.
