"yi Xing Yuan" Real Estate Project Feasibility Study

Real estate project feasibility study is very important in the real estate development’s decision-making analytical process, which also is the important basis of the real estate development project investment decision. Scientific and reasonable feasibility study can reduce the blindness of real estate project investment decisions, improve the real estate development enterprise economic benefits and social benefits, which promptes the real estate industry, healthy, stable and sustainable development.The thesis bases on the three lines in China of the city to the commodity housing development of urbanization and the urgent need of as a starting point, and combining he current state of the real estate market tight macroeconomic regulation and control of the new situation. Three parts is discussed in the thesis. The first part (chapter1) is the introduction of this part of the real estate industry development background and feasibility analysis of the current situation, and iscusses related theory of the real estate development project feasibility study. The second part (2-6chapters) study the Yi XingYuan estate project, which will be investmented in gold development zone of Jiangxi province ganzhou city. First of all, this article analyses the current national macro regulation under the background of the real estate market development present situation, and analyses project areas of the details of the market survey and analysis combineing with ganzhou city economic development level and center city planning. Secondly, on the basis of investigation and study, it locates the property of development projects, the function, the customer group and expected sales price position of the Yi Xing Yuan development project. Finally, this article analyses the Yi Xing Yuan development project from the five aspects of real estate development project implementation economic benefits, energy saving, environmental and ecological influences scheme, social influence and risks. The third part (chapter7) expounds the conclusion of this paper:Yi Xing Yuan development project investment is feasible.This thesis has important practical significance in guiding Yi Xing Yuan project development, and has certain reference significance for other real estate projects, such as Ganzhou city and even the whole country the other three lines of real estate project of similar city has the investment and development.
