In the increasingly competitive market environment, the social division has been further refined. In this background, Enterprises although could be more focus on their core business, to get greater competitive advantage. However, further refinement of social division has resulted in enterprises will face more and more external suppliers. The increasing uncontrolled external factors have brought a great of risks for stable operation and increased the difficulty for supplier management. Therefore, it's very important for enterprise that to scientific evaluate suppliers, and select suitable suppliers based on the evaluation results.Longcheer's market demand changes and product innovation speed are quickly. Face the market characteristics of highly customized and order driven, longcheer presented quite a high demand to its suppliers. At present, longcheer has not a scientific supplier selection and evaluation system to help company effective manages the suppliers. So the company's operation is often affected by external suppliers in their supply of quality, quantity, time and financial etc. it makes company in a very passive state, and can't reasonably and scientific control product quality and production rhythm according to market needs.If company want to change this passive situation, it is necessary to reasonably evaluate suppliers according to the company's management objectives, and select suppliers depending on the evaluation results. Then carry out cooperation and collaboration.First, this paper expounds the research background and significance, and then reviews the relevant theory includes the supplier management idea, the evaluation index system and evaluation methods etc. On this basis, analyses the company's supplier management and purchasing status, from such facts, product market, the cost composition, purchasing process, vendor selection index etc. then point out company currently exists problems of supplier selection. Accordingly, according to related theory and the actual performance of the company, based on company's materials style, this paper discusses the measure indexes of supplier selection and the weights, to establish a supplier evaluation system. Finally, through the purchasing case analysis, it puts forward Suggestions for materials procurement. And puts exploration and suggestion for company supplier relationships development and terminate strategy.This paper to solve the three problems:(1) According to the enterprise management mode and market position, through investigation, consultation and analytic hierarchy process, set up different choice index and weight for different kinds of material supplier. (2) Using multi-index combined sequencing methods, to get the scientific and objective evaluation results.(3) Put forward different cooperative strategy for different types of suppliers. Expounds the entire process of supplier development, selection, evaluation and eliminated in details.
