| In the modern era,supply chain management has became an important core content in enterprise management.Especially since the beginning of the 21 st century,the globalization of manufacturing and the integration of supply chains have become faster and faster,and the competition in manufacturing has become increasingly fierce.The competitiveness of the supply chain has become a decisive factor in the overall competitiveness of the company.As an important part of the entire supply chain system,suppliers play a very important role in the operation of the entire system.The ability of the supplier largely determines the price,quality,and overall competitiveness of the core product in the market.Therefore,how to scientifically select suppliers has become a core issue in enterprise supply chain management.This paper takes FES as the research object and uses the theoretical knowledge of operations management,supplier management,operations research and other disciplines to conduct further research on how to use AHP to conduct supplier selection in the supply chain model.Based on the practical problems encountered in the supply chain management work for many years,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of FES,and points out the problems existing in the company's supplier management.Through the basic principles of AHP and the theoretical study of structural models,the advantages,usage steps and calculation process of AHP in the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods are summarized.Contact the actual situation of FES,use a practical case to collect relevant data through the expert panel survey.Using the analytic hierarchy process to model the model,calculate the weight and select the results,and obtain satisfactory results.Finally,the author also put forward the work objectives of implementing this strategy within the company,analyzed the difficulties that existed in it,and proposed a set of safeguard measures so that the work objectives can be successfully achieved.The paper provides support for decisionmaking methods for the implementation of FES's supplier management optimization. |
