Research On Evaluation Of Agricultural And Sideline Products Supply Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

State-owned canteens as a unit of staff often eating places,is to evaluate the level of development of an important standard.Employees are increasingly demanding food,state-owned units of the hardware strength has been in the development of state-owned units canteen has become a common concern of employees.Now the state-owned units canteen in the form of tender for agricultural and sideline products procurement,how the state-owned canteen canteen products suppliers to make the right evaluation has become a key issue.Based on the research on the related theories of supplier management at home and abroad,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process of qualitative and quantitative analysis as the research method of this paper.According to the industry characteristics and current situation of the unit canteen,through the analysis of the purchase data of agricultural and sideline products in different units such as schools,hospitals,institutions,etc.,the supplier indicators were designed and the evaluation index model of agricultural and sideline products suppliers was established.Taking H unit canteen as an example,the research on the status quo of agricultural and sideline product supplier evaluation is carried out.Finally,based on the analytic hierarchy process,the indicators are evaluated and the relative weights are calculated.Based on this,four fruit and vegetable candidates for H unit are selected.The supplier makes an evaluation choice.The conclusions of the study are: ?Quality? is the most important factor in the evaluation of agricultural and sideline product suppliers.At the current stage,the canteens in the evaluation of agricultural and sideline products are more intuitive in terms of product quality and price.Factors,while ignoring the service level,corporate reputation and other factors that can reflect the soft power of suppliers;at this stage,the evaluation dimension of suppliers of agricultural and sideline products in unit canteens is relatively simple.This paper optimizes the evaluation indicators of agricultural and sideline products suppliers in state-owned units,and establishes a relatively complete evaluation system,which provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of agricultural and sideline product suppliers in state-owned units,as well as for private enterprises,small and medium-sized private enterprises.Provide a certain reference value.On this basis,enterprises and institutions and private enterprise canteens have proposed a sound supplier evaluation and selection organization,and trained the internal personnel of the system,established a supplier information archive,and improved the supplier evaluation and selection system.
