Study Of Producer Service Aggregation Mechanism Based On Systems Dynamics

Aggregation of producer services is already an important economic activity phenomenon an in international metropolis, which has attracted scholars to analysis the reasons for its formation and development from various angles, such as economics, Geography, but the research focused on aggregation pattern and factor analysis, while aggregation mechanism are rarely involved.Based on recent studies of the producer service industry, we extracted producer service agglomeration factors from producer service industrial characteristics and region feature to propose system dynamics model of producer services agglomeration. Then, we simulated and analyzed the reaction mechanism of producer services in terms of agglomeration technical, agglomeration scale, and agglomeration tax transfer payment under different circumstances. The result shows that①We can improve agglomeration technology through both two factors of industrial characteristics, and regional culture factor, but it takes time to improve agglomeration technology through human resource growth.②Agglomeration scale will be limited if industry competition is too force.③Agglomeration tax transfer payments benefits from poor infrastructure and bad regional economic environment as long as they will not lead to the disappearance of agglomerationWe discussed the financial industry aggregation in Shanghai and applied the model to analyze the financial industry aggregation.
