Research On The Influence Of Co-aggregation Of Producer Services And Manufacturing Industry On Urban Industrial Economy

A remarkable fact is that industrial agglomeration has become an important feature of a country or region's economic development in the global value chain division of labor and complex and changeable environment.The developed countries or regions have formed a "two-wheel drive" mode of development in terms of modern service industry and advanced manufacturing industry.Industrial co-agglomeration has become an important means to optimize the industrial layout and enhance the local economy.Under the background of "re-industrialization" strategy put forward by western developed countries one after another,the coordinated agglomeration of the manufacturing industry and service industry will become an important trend in the future.As a country with a large number of cities,significant regional differences,China should consider the spatial dependence and spatial differences between cities when formulating industrial development policies,and attach importance to the important role of industrial synergy agglomeration in promoting urban industrial economy.Based on industrial agglomeration theory and spatial economics theory,using the panel data of 277 cities in China from 2003 to 2016 to construct the spatial Durbin model and the distance between cities to construct the spatial weight matrices,this paper discussed the impact of industrial agglomeration on urban industrial economic growth.The analysis found that China's urban industrial economic growth has a significant spatial agglomeration effect,which shows the region with high or low output value is close to the nearby area with high or low output value.The synergetic agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing industry has a significant positive impact on China's urban industrial economy,and there are significant spatial spillover effects between cities.Manufacturing agglomeration also has obvious positive impact on China's urban industrial economy.Relatively speaking,producer services agglomeration has a significant negative impact on China's urban industrial economy.This is because in the same space,the development of urban producer services is restricted by unreasonable industrial structure,which can not effectively embed the manufacturing industry,and the positive impact on the urban industrial economy can not be effectively brought into play.In the case of limited resources and environment,producer services produce a certain degree of "extrusion" of manufacturing industry.In addition,the economic and spatial effects of industrial agglomeration show obvious regional differences between cities in the eastern,central and western regions.
