Circular Economy Development Research Via Ecological Civilization

Nowadays, modern society science and technology continuously innovation and rapid development, bring excessive shock to the biosphere, at the same time triggered a crisis of nature. In the global population explosion, resource scarcity and ecological transformation of the grim situation, people deeply realize and reflect the relationship between man and nature and propose the concept of sustainable development. Ecological civilization is the social model of sustainable development. The paper analysis from visual angle of ecological civilization, and to the ecological philosophy as the theoretical basis and ideological roots. Through the use of cyclic economy which a new model economic development, to achieve the coordinated development of three aspects which include economy, society and environment.The paper apply to the union of theory and practice. At the first, it will introduce the emergence and the development process of ecological civilization and cyclic economy theory, and emphatically demonstrate that development of economy is the inevitable choice for construction of ecological civilization. Secondly, it will propose the necessity of develop cyclic economy through elaborate philosophical reflection caused by traditional economic development. In the meanwhile, it introduce and analyze practice of the development of the circular economy both home and abroad, sum up experience and inspiration, and propose the problem that currently development of cyclic economy in China would face to. At last, according to the previous discussion that the barrier and difficulty of cyclic economy in period of ecological civilization and propose coping strategies, including setting up a law system of circular economy, improving the policy system, setting up a system of green technology, opening up the development of cyclic economy road of new industrialization, enhancing propaganda of responsible ethics, encouraging government, enterprises, scientist and the public work together to develop cyclic economy, and construct the society of ecological civilization.
