Research On The Family Farm's Support System Of Agricultural Science And Technology Based On The View Of Ecological Civilization

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy.To strengthen the ability of agricultural sustainable development and construct the agricultural sustainable development pattern adapted to China's national conditions have extremely important significance to carry out the sustainable development strategy and realize the agricultural modernization.The traditional agriculture with small-scale operation cannot meet the needs of current agricultural sustainable development anymore.It is urgent to transform the traditional pattern to the modern family farm with modern science and technology.Only in this way can we improve the agriculture and the rural ecological environment,promote the sustainable development of agriculture,so as to well promote the construction of ecological civilization.Family farm should accord with the conditions of agricultural development in our country at present,which is significant for the sustainable development of agriculture theoretically and practically.Family farm in our country is widely developed in recent years,but there are still many deficiencies in the process of development.With the development of social economy,the pollution transferred from urban to rural areas and the abuse of chemical fertilizers and pesticides make rural environment worse and worse.Therefore,to explore the family farm's support of agricultural science and technology from the perspective of ecological civilization is significant to the improvement of agricultural ecological environment and the promotion of agricultural sustainable development.Basing on the perspective of ecological civilization,this paper analyzed the problems and factors that restrict the development of family farm's agricultural science and technology,in order to build a system of agricultural science and technology for family farm adapting to the ecological civilization.This paper consists of three parts.The first part mainly discussed the definition of family farm,ecological civilization,as well as agricultural science and technology.The paper first pointed out the background and theoretical basis of this research,and the significance of family farm's support of science and technology to ecological civilization was discussed as well.The second part mainly analyzed the problems and factors existing in the development of family farm's support of science and technology from the view of ecological civilization.The main factors are lacking of perfect laws and regulations,sufficient government investment,and enough human resources with knowlegde of science and technology.Besides,the utilization of family farm's land is unsustainable and family farmers' ecological consciousness is not enough.The last part mainly studied the practical countermeasures to construct family farm with the support of agricultural science and technology.The current support system of agricultural science and technology is not suitable for the sustainable development of family farm.Therefore,it is needed to build a new support system which adapts to the development of family farm.In this way,the promotion of agricultural science and technology can play a positive role in the sustainable development of family farm.
