Since the reform and opening, with the adjustment and removment of industrical structure, the economy of China gain great development and education takes a more and more apparent role in the development of economy. From the nationwide scope, with comprehensive consideration both western region and eastern region, the unbalance development of regional economy and the unbalance development of regional education are the major issues our country facing. How to enhance economic development,how to play a role in promoting education on the economy,how to promote the coordinated development from education and regional economy, they all have important operation siginificance.Based on the fact that investment in education is insufficient, the education input structure is unreasonable, education development is imbalance in the Middle East West region,and using theories,views and methods of DEA and System Dynamics (SD),Endogenous Endogenous Growth and labor Simiplification,this article endeavors to construcy the DEA model and the SD model. With the quantitative and qualitative reasoning, the article is focused on western, central and eastern region how to increase investment in education, how to adjust the structure of educational investment, and how to give full play role in promoting economic growth,exploring a feasible way to boost the economy rapidly and continuously.Chapter one presents the research background, current status, content and practical significance. Issues concerning economic growth, human capital theory, the impact of education on issues such as economic growth are discussed and explored respectively in the Chapter Two. Chapter three, based on the theory and methods of DEA modle, constructed DEA model of impact of education on economic growth and empirical analysis. Chapter four, a model of the issues covering education investment during 2003-2008, the imfact of education on economic growth is constructed according to the theory and method of SD, and the conclusion that the model is stable and reliable is reached through positivistic simulation. To be divided into three regions of 31 provinces and cities, based on the constructed model and the 2008 data as the radix, through the regulation of different levels of education enrollment rates, analyze the different levels of education role in promoting economic growth. Chapter six is the conclusion, policies and prospects.Results of DEA show:the education model of economic development in China only a few provinces and cities is reasonable the eastern, central and western economic efficiency of education presents ladder.through the scale analysis of the DEA model, the majority of provineces and cities show increasing returns, and appropriately increase investment in education,will produce economies of scale.Through the input redundancy analysis showed that there is investment in central and western regions redundant common problems,investment in education has not been effectively used to promote education on how to better economic growth,the need for further research and analysis.The system dynamics model of the Midwest scheme analysis shows:different education level of education and regional economic development level shows corresponding relation, secondary education is more advantageous to the western underdeveloped region, western region economic growth should focus on high school education stage investment; University and college education is more advantageous to the central regions economic growth, the central region of the education investment focuses of university and college stage, Graduate education is more advantageous to the high level of economic development in eastern economic growth, developed economy and eastern regions should pay more attention to the training high-level professionals for graduate education, increase the input on the stage of graduate education.This will DEA model and system dynamics model, through the combination of horizontal and vertical on different regional comparative education levels to promote economic growth, this paper compares comprehensively, three-dimensional reflects the education present situation, and put forward some Suggestions, have certain innovation.
