The Research On Balanced Distribution Of Profit About Supply Chains Of Agricultural Products Processing Industry

Supply chains have changed the traditional management model of the companies. They emphasize the overall interests and require cooperation from each member included in them so as to reduce the costs and maximize the whole profits of the chains. As a result, each node in the chain can achieve double wins. However, the node enterprise, as an independent economic entity, has its own interests and needs. If it can not acquire enough fair and reasonable interests from the chain, it will look for opportunities to break from the supply chain, which will make the supply chain lose its stability. Therefore, the benefits distribution is one of the main factors which will affect the stability and effectiveness of the supply chain.The paper elaborates the significance of the benefits distribution of the supply chains of agricultural products processing industry. According to the complexity of upstream suppliers, there are four patterns of agricultural products supply chains such as the free choice model, the cooperation model, the agent model and the self-building model. The paper also studies the meaning and the form of the supply chains of agricultural products processing industry and then conducts its concept. It analyzes the problem of benefits distribution through evolutionary game and constructs an evolutionary game model between the primary providers and the processing enterprises of agricultural products on the replicator dynamics supply chain to ultimately determine the distribution benefits formula of coefficientλ. The aim of studying the problem of benefits distribution of the supply chain is to analyze some relative problems and propose the ways and models for distributing the benefits of the whole chain so as to realize the fairness and stability. The paper has put forward some useful suggestions to enhance the relationships of all the node enterprises on the chain.
