The Research On Risk Management Of Chinese Growth Enterprises

The constantly changing market environment and operation of the capital market, made the listed companies face with all kinds of increasingly diversified and complicated risks. Whether to carry out effective control and management of risks directly related to the survival and development of the companies. Thus we shall perfect laws and regulations continuously, improve capital market and the external environment, at the same time, set up an effective risk management theory system which plays a directive role in practice. In preparation for years, GEM stock was officially opened on October 30th, 2009.The construction of the gem market is an important strategic decision made by our government, according to the objective need of Chinese economic construction and social development. Although the official establishment of Chinese growth market opened a new financing channel for enterprises based on independent innovation and other growth enterprises, the characteristics of GEM companies, make companies face various risks. This paper concerning research on risk management of Chinese gem companies, is a new point of view in the field of risk management research, and the goal is to help GEM companies to establish a set of risk management system, so as to contribute to understand risk and risk management better. At present, the international basically accepted American risk management theory. In addition, China promulgated the "The central enterprise comprehensive risk management guidelines" in June 2006. Our GEM companies could use the advanced theory as guidance, absorb the risk management concepts, and build risk management system combining the characteristics of the GEM companies.Based on the study and research of the forward position theory, risk and risk management framework, this paper introduces the ideas of strategic management. Through the analysis of the gem companies in China, we can understand the characteristics of GEM companies, analyze the external and internal risk of GEM companies, and propose corresponding risk control and prevention measures in external and internal angles, in order to solve major problems in process of management of companies. The first part, we can analyze risk management theory studies at home and abroad, and understand the urgency and the necessity of the research on risk management. The second part, learn and understand the definition of GEM and analyze the characteristics of GEM. At the same time, compare Main Board Market to the GEM, and finds out the characteristics and current status of the companies listed on GEM. The third part, we can learn knowledge of risk management theory and the theory of corporate strategy management, in order to provide theoretical basis for research on GEM companies risk management and break outs for research on risk management; in addition,this paper constructs risk management framework of Chinese GEM companies; The fourth part, based on the construction of risk management system of GEM companies, and the characteristics of GEM companies, find out internal and external risks the companies facing. The fifth part, develops the implementation of programs, finds and solves problems; The sixth part, according to the statements above, we can learn the conclusions of this paper.
