Research On Risk Management Of Chinese Enterprises' Foreign Investement Projects

At present,the main mode of China enterprises to invest in overseas project contracting market is dominated by EPC,EPC project and traditional project contract mode compared with its unique advantages,due to the implementation of design,procurement and construction contractor by an enterprise,high efficiency will greatly shorten the construction period,the owners can quickly put into commercial so the current operation,the majority of owners choose this contract model;in the risk sharing of responsibilities is significantly different with the traditional model,environmental risk,external economic risks have been imposed on the contractor,has increased the risk of contracting pressure.Among them,the Bajier cement factory project in Yemen is the EPC model.EPC overseas investment model has its own high risk in its project model,and it also faces greater risks from the overseas market.This paper as a result of the combined method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,reviewing related research reviews and appraises the China enterprises to invest in overseas project contracting market risk management,and the status quo of Yemen model project contracting market investment analysis of Chinese enterprises,explores the development of Yemen Bajier cement factory EPC investment case;EPC model and risk management theory based on Chinese enterprise each stage investment in Yemen Bajier cement factory EPC investment risk identification and evaluation;AHP,according to the analysis of the risk investment in Yemen Bajier cement factory EPC,share the risk aversion and risk(transfer)risk response measures two aspects given Yemen Bajier cement plant project proposal.
