The "27th China Internet Development Statistics Report" on January 2011 issued by China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) shows that as of the end of December 2010, China's netizens reached 457 million, an increase over 7330 million people in the end of 2009. Among them, the online shopping customers have a growth of 48.6% over the previous year. At present, China has more than 161 million Internet users have online shopping experience. The subscriber of Internet Customers has reached 18.75 million, in accounting for 4.1% of Internet users. And the number and proportion is increasing rapidly. The phenomenon and the problem that these statistics reflected is the current status of the development of buy website.Our buy web sites come from the development of "Groupon.com" buy web site in the United States. "Groupon.com" buy web site model hereinafter referrs to as "Groupon mode". As Groupon model can easily be copied with, the operation is simple, and its profit is clear, so once the business model came to China, China began to follow suit madly. Since January 2010, a few months after the time when the first buy web site "Manzuo.com" formally launched, "Meituan.com", "Lashou.com", "Ftuan.com", "Grupoun.cn", "24quan.com" and other large buy web sites have on-line. Meanwhile, some portals with lots of user resources, SNS communities, local classifieds sites, also have accessed to this market, such as "Tuan.sohu.com", "Life.sina.com.cn/tuan", "Tuan.qq.com", "T.58.com", and so on. According to incomplete statistics, the number of buy web sites, large and small, is bigger than 3000 at present. However, after the Spring Festival in 2011, Sales of the buy web sites in the domestic dropped significantly. The competition between buy web sites is Intense. And the credit problems are increasing. Faced with these domestic buy web site problems, Systematically analyzing and solving these problems is very important for our long-term health of the network buy market development.Research on China Groupon model buy web site should be mainly from the perspective of enterprise operation mode. Because its operation mode includes business administration, financial management, sales management, technical support and management of public relations and other major contents, which are the determinants of enterprise development.
