With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the national economy in today's society,people's living standards are improving,and the requirements for quality of life and health standards are also increasing.In the field of e-commerce,people use the platform of medical e-commerce to integrate the Internet technology with the pharmaceutical industry,which effectively promotes the development of the pharmaceutical industry.At present,although there is a huge space for medical e-commerce in China,it is limited by the characteristics of the industry,and the various links of the pharmaceutical industry chain are regulated by the state,which makes the development of medical e-commerce relatively backward compared with other e-commerce industries.At the same time,with the revision of the new version of GSP and the implementation of the new health care reform program,the competition of drug wholesale enterprises in China is becoming more and more fierce.How can small and medium-sized drug wholesale enterprises create a new situation in the severe industry and market challenges?This paper takes Yunnan YZ Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.as the starting point.Firstly,it compares and analyses the development status of e-commerce at home and abroad,expounds the theory of e-commerce in the pharmaceutical industry,and makes a clear understanding of the relevant laws and regulations.In the business model of medical e-commerce,this paper analyses the current mainstream B2 B,B2C and O2 O modes in combination with the domestic and foreign situation,and according to the present situation and the main problems faced by Yunnan YZ Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,SWOT analysis is carried out on the future prospects of the enterprise's e-commerce,based on which a business model suitable for the enterprise's pharmaceutical e-commerce is selected.After the establishment of the strategic model of e-commerce,the feasibility analysis and platform design of this model are carried out from the aspects of strategic positioning,objectives,development mode and marketing strategy,and the advantages and profit model of the platform are analyzed.The front-end presentation and back-end operation design of the platform are introduced in detail from the technical level.In terms of platform operation safeguard measures,this paper focuses on the design functions of each system at the support level,as well as the strategic considerations atthe operation level.Finally,in the implementation of the organizational plan of the platform,this paper systematically summarizes the organizational structure,human resources layout,training planning and business layout of the platform from the practical point of view.From the research of this paper,we clearly realize that the key to the layout and transformation of traditional medicine wholesale and retail enterprises to pharmaceutical e-commerce industry is how to proceed from the strategic positioning and resource advantages of enterprises themselves.The construction of a new model of pharmaceutical e-commerce platform is the organic combination of new technologies and traditional industries.In the practical application process,we must break through the barriers of integration and technology.To formulate effective operational guarantee and implementation strategies,change the public's consumption concept,and jointly promote the development of pharmaceutical e-commerce industry,so that pharmaceutical e-commerce platform can serve enterprises and society safely,economically,conveniently and efficiently.
