The Research Of Performance Evaluation Of Automotive Listed Companies Based On DEA Model

Since 1992, the first company (Jinbei automobile company) listed on the automotive industry, there have been nearly one hundred companies listed on the automotive (including automotive products value is less than 50% of the manufacturer), the major Automotive Group has subsidiaries or branches of the market. Automotive Listed Companies how to improve the performance and enhance the competitiveness has a self-evident of great significance about the development of China's automotive. This article is developed out of concern about China's automobile industry, by building model automotive listed companies based on DEA Performance Evaluation Model, evaluate the DEA efficiency of automotive listed companies, analyze the development situation of located enterprise; let the automotive listed companies clearly understand their own position in the industry, provide recommendations to determine the direction of development, and provide a reference for stakeholders.In this study,to the car in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange listed company vehicle plates for the overall, it does not include auto parts to auto-related companies and other listed companies such as car rental, car trade. Finally, 16 automobile listed companies were chosen as the research object. Since the new accounting standards implemented in 2007, selected the three years 2007 to 2009 range for the performance of listed companies in the automotive analysis of the situation, to ensure consistency and accuracy of research and analysis. Comparative analysis of qualitative and quantitative methods and specifications and examples of the combination of the three research methods were used.This paper consists of six parts, the first part: introduction, the second part: literature review, the third part: about DEA theory, the fourth part: constructs a complete set of DEA-based performance evaluation method for listed companies, the fifth part: the empirical study, the sixth part: the study conclusions. From every aspect of DEA methods and application procedures, screen the right decision making unit, establish system of input and output indicators, determine DEA model, construct performance evaluation model of cars listed companies based on DEA model. The performance of listed companies on the car empirical analysis is the thesis of the core and foundation. In combination with listed carmaker characteristics and performance evaluation of performance evaluation development direction, DMU choose classification and classification of ideas and DMU eliminate principles were analyzed. In the process of building an index system by relevant analysis and principal component analysis, index system determination principle and the index system of detailed the building process were studied.This paper mainly uses DEA model estimates of listed companies in China's automobile comprehensive efficiency, technical efficiency and scale efficiency and performance evaluation and conduct performance ranking, propose the suggestions based on evaluation of the final results of listed companies from the automobile and the auto industry two angles.
