The Research On The Influence Between Knowledge Integration And Enterprises' Independent Innovation Ability

Nowadays the competition between enterprises gets more and more intense. Technology innovation becomes a key factor to obtain a long-term development advantage and maintain the sustainable economic growth. In the process of research on the enterprise technological innovation, knowledge resource view and enterprise competence view have become hot topic. Essentially, the competition in enterprises' independent innovation ability especially among the high-tech enterprises which take knowledge assets as the key assets is based on production, possession and effective utilization of enterprise resource knowledge and process knowledge. In another words, it's a competition in the ability of knowledge integration. While the development of high-tech industries is an important issue of both state and area industrial planning and economic development issues, the study on how to manage and utilize high-tech enterprise's knowledge resources efficiently to achieve constantly enhance of enterprise's independent innovation ability become extremely necessary.Based on reading and analyzing the related literature at home and abroad, this paper proposes the research framework about knowledge integration ability influence enterprises' independent innovation ability on the basis of the theory of knowledge resource and ability. Through empirical research on the interaction mechanism between knowledge integration ability, knowledge integration effect and enterprises' independent innovation ability, this paper puts forward the model involved with 12 hypotheses. Studied the variables effect in the framework and explained the influence course and interaction mechanism between knowledge integration ability and enterprises' independent innovation ability by using the analysis results of 251 sample data. The goal is to seek the crucial path of knowledge integration influence on high-tech enterprise innovation capacity, and to find out the solutions to help enterprises in promoting enterprise independent innovation ability on value chain. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper proposes that how to appraisal and ascending the ability of independent innovation of Xi'an high-tech enterprises from the view of knowledge integration ability. Therefore this paper has theoretical significance for formulating government industry leading policy and enterprise self-assessment.The creative work of this paper and its main conclusion are summarized as follows:First, refers to the previous academic research conclusion and after redact and modify the pretest questionnaire, this paper obtains the scale for knowledge integration ability, the knowledge integration effect and enterprises' independent innovation ability.Second, through confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis, the concept module this paper supposed has been verified. It shows that there is a significant positive influence between knowledge integration ability, knowledge integration effect and enterprises' independent innovation ability; the knowledge integration effect is the conduction factor between knowledge integration ability and the enterprises' independent innovation ability; meanwhile, the enterprise'independent innovation potential is a important component to further improve the enterprises' independent innovation output ability.Third, after analyses the 251 valid questionnaires,12 hypotheses have been verified. The results showed that systematic ability, social ability and knowledge integration produce direct impact of independent innovation potential; there has a significantly positive correlation between cooperation ability, social ability and knowledge integration effect; cooperation ability, knowledge integration effect and independent innovation potential have significant positive impact for independent innovation output capability.
