Independent innovation is the core of scientific and technological progress,also the driving force of economic development.According to the index system released by the national bureau in September2005and the previous research,we can build an evaluation index system of enterprise independent innovation activities,firstly performing a descriptive statistic analysis of independent innovation input and output, and then evaluating the enterprise innovation performance of large and medium-sized industrial enterprise in the six provinces in central China by using CCR-DEA model and the Malmquist index method based on DEA. The results show that from2000to2011, the static average technical efficiency of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises ranking asfollows:Hunan,Hubei,AnHui,HeNan, JiangXi,ShanXi,while the dynamic average technicalefficiency ranking as ShanXi,AnHui,Hu-Nan,HuBei,JiangXi,HeNan,finally analyzing the related factors that affecting independent innovation performance, the six provinces in central of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises failed to promote the improvement of innovation performance with its scale advantage, moderate monopoly market is more beneficial to improve the innovation performance, increasing spending on science and technology is a necessary choice to improve the enterprise innovation performance, increasing investment in science and technology personnel, especially the high technical personnel input can effectively improve the innovation performance of the provinces. |
