As the network economy arriving, the external environment and conditions of scale economics the enterprises pursuiting has changed, it presents new features which different from industry economic times. As it depends, the E-businessmen and E-business ecosystem are grown. The studies about E-commerce ecosystem nowadays are still limited, the concepts and theories about E-business ecosystem are still not unified, the methods of valuing the development of E-business ecosystem are not much. In all, business ecosystem theory needs in-depth study.By combing different disciplines of lots of references, firstly, this paper introduces the development of E-business and E-commerce models, the microenvironments and its structure, summarizes the environmental features of cooperation and competition, and the net Business Ecosystem concept model and the relational model, which launch a large ecosystem trends.Secondly, the paper highlights the international developing of network ecosystem, and analysis its causes, gets the right reasons of growth, stability and harmonious. Then, under the frame of models, I have analysis the evolution by methods of theoretical analysis and events analysis. Through a series of studies, I draw some meaningful results.In this paper, the results presented are:first, redefine the business ecosystem; Second, from four angles explaining the business ecosystem model. Third, this paper gets some views from the network economy, industry concentration, competitive advantage to explain the evolution of E-commerce ecosystem. Fourth, network operators proposed six stages of the evolution of ecological systems and the four growth of mold.
