Research On Synergetic And Competitive Mechanism Of Business Ecosystem

Competition is the situation that any enterprise has to face up to and it is also the driving force for the development of an enterprise. Competition is eternal, meanwhile, it is volatile. With the strengthening of globalization and integration of world economic development and acceleration of technological progress in the 21st century, synergic competition based on cooperation has become the main trend for modern enterprise to gain advantage. Market economy is a economy for competition, for co-operation or Synergy. No competition,no vitality, however competition will have no foundation if co-operation doesn't exist. The dominant strategy for the survival and development of an enterprise in the future is to develop partnership and pursue synergy.Base on the complex system theory, game theory and evolution theory, this thesis systemically studies the oretical system, modeling methods and application of enterprise synergetic and competitive mechanism in nuclear power industry from the perspective of organizational ecology. The object of this thesis are the laws and methods of synergic system amony many enterprise and the goal of this thesis is to construct a practical theoretical framework for guidance to business synergic competition. The innovation of the thesis is to put forth suggestions for enterprise ecosystem synergic competition form ecological perspective and take an example form nuclear power industry to analyze the enterprise synergetic and competitive mechanism.This study mainly covers: Part I, Introduction. Concentrate on the research background and significance of thesis presented in this paper to study the issue and pointed out the objectives of this study, contents, methods and technical routes; second part of the theoretical basis. Introduces the ecology and enterprise business collaboration competition theory and related literature review. The third part of nuclear industry enterprises Ecosystem Analysis. Aimed at a nuclear power industry related companies to conduct surveys and empirical analysis; fourth part of the business ecosystem analysis of Collaborative Competition. Guangdong Nuclear Power Group, as an example to introduce the Guangdong Nuclear Power Group's business environment and cooperative competition; the fifth part, China's nuclear power industry to enhance enterprise competitiveness ecosystem coordination of countermeasures. Includes four aspects: to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises themselves within the system; optimize niche; strengthen the cluster consciousness; build innovative concept of nuclear industrial park.
