The Research On The Cluster Innovation Network

Along with the rapid development of the scientific technology, especially the breakthrough of the information technology, the world has been gradually from industrial economy to knowledge economy, so the mode of technological innovation and the form of enterprise space organization have also undergone fundamental changes. The mode of technological innovation has changed from the traditional linear model into nonlinear model, namely innovation network; the form of enterprise space organization has made the transition from geographical cluster to industrial cluster. In the context of those double changes, the mode of technological innovation and the form of enterprise space organization had changed, the cluster innovation network has emerged at the right moment. As a new aggregation of the mode of technological innovation and the form of enterprise space organization, the cluster innovation network has already become the focus in the field of research, but the research on the cluster innovation network started late at home and abroad, so it has not formed relatively complete theoretical system.In order to improve theoretical system of the cluster innovation network, this paper made use of qualitative and quantitative analysis, static and dynamic analysis, model analysis, SWOT analysis and empirical research to study the cluster innovation network on the basis of a number of literature. This paper studied organizational structure, spatial structure and innovative milieu of the cluster innovation network based on static analysis; analyzed operating process, operating mechanism and construction pattern of the cluster innovation network based on dynamic analysis, and pointed out the strategy and target of the construction of the cluster innovation network; realized scientific measure of its efficacy and quantitative analysis based on constructing performance measure model of the cluster innovation network; provided practical references for specially constructing the cluster innovation network of magnesium industry in Taiyuan, realized practical application of the cluster innovation network and further perfect its theory system based on empirical analysis of the construction of the cluster innovation network for Taiyuan's magnesium industry.In conclusion, this paper perfected the construction model of the cluster innovation network based on the perspective of construction, and provided specific theoretical guidance and train of thought for constructing the cluster innovation network, also offered reference and guidance for constructing the cluster innovation network of magnesium industry in Taiyuan.
