Industrial Cluster Regional Innovation Network And Innovation Efficiency

Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is China’s emerging economic zone and a special late-developing area in the coastal. Beibu Gulf area is gateway to ASEAN and the bridgehead for China, is the key step for China to dominate the process of economic globalization.Therefore, setting a solid economic foundation in the region and promote the competitiveness of regional economy is of strategic significance. Electronic information industry is a burgeoning industry and is an important pillar industry in our country, electronic information industry in the eastern coastal facing from export processing industrial chain of low-end to technology research and development of the industrial chain of high-end upgrade stage and part of the electronic information manufacturing industry will transfer to the Beibu Gulf area. At the same time, the Beibu Gulf will absorpt the technology from developed area of China and abroad and spread of technology diffusion to the ASEAN region. Therefore, it is important to study whether Beibu Gulf electronic information industry cluster can constantly improve the ability of innovation in the process of absorpting and transmitting technology.Based on the theoretical analysis, industrial cluster agglomeration and industrial cluster internal and inter-regional network of innovation efficiency were empirically analysed, and put forward new ideas for the construction of Beibu Gulf Industrial Cluster cross regional innovation network. The main content of the thesis consists of 4 parts:the first part introduces the related theories of industrial clusters, innovation network and cross-border industrial clusters; the second part establish a regional industry cluster innovation network theory model, and explores the relationship between innovation network efficiency of the mechanism based on the mode; the third part analyzes the current situation of Guangxi Beibu Gulf electronic the information industry cluster, and by calculating the location quotient of Guangxi and Nanning, Beihai, Guilin three electronic information industry base industrial concentration is analyzed; the fourth part through a questionnaire survey and the establishment of regression models to study the relationship between regional innovation systems external communication network and innovation efficiency of enterprise in the Beibu Gulf of electronic information industry cluster.In this paper, we find that the degree of specialization of the electronic information industry in Beibu Gulf has not reached the national level, and the whole value chain has not been formed. The formation of the electronic information manufacturing industry in Beihai, Nanning, software and information services industry, Guilin, photovoltaic products manufacturing based industrial layout.Electronic information enterprises in the Beibu Gulf region innovation network rooted in the domestic cross regional innovation system and non ASEAN national innovation systems and clusters within the local network and the Beibu Gulf-ASEAN network on enterprise innovation effect is weak. And the improvement of its innovation efficiency mainly depends on the organization of the inter regional and inter regional networks, the importance of social proximity mechanism, cognitive proximity and institutional proximity.
